RTRFM 92.1 Ltd New Membership Application or Renewal

Acceptance of this application is subject to approval by the Board of Directors of RTRFM 92.1 Limited, and your agreement to abide with the following: 

• the Constitution of RTRFM 92.1 Limited (https://rtrfm.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/RTRFM-92.1-LTD-Constitution-2018.pdf);
  
• the provisions of the Broadcasting Services Act (https://tinyurl.com/yawrupt3) and regulations, the broadcasting standards of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) (https://tinyurl.com/ACMAradio) and the Codes of Practice for community broadcasting(https://tinyurl.com/CBAAcodesofpractice);
• the terms and conditions of the Members Agreement and any other agreements under which RTRFM 92.1 Limited operates the radio station;
• any directions, decisions or policy guidelines as may be authorised by the General Manager or Board of Directors of RTRFM 92.1 Limited from time to time.
  
  

All members, employees and volunteers must maintain the highest levels of respectfulness in their interactions with each other and in representing RTRFM with listeners, subscribers, sponsors and the wider community. To improve the safety of our spaces and ensure everyone understands their obligations, all applicants must read, comprehend and agree to follow the RTRFM Code of Conduct, which can be found on the policies page of the RTRFM website at https://rtrfm.com.au/policies/.

All members, employees and volunteers must also be aware of and comply with RTRFM policies and procedures.
